Hello,
i´m new owner of Audirvana 3.5 and Quboz (3 month free),
it runs with a Mac book Air with 10.14.6 interface is a minidsp shd.
It´s possible to create an eq under audio units, but the sound doesn´t
change if it is activated.
And it isn’t possible, to play my playlist from quboz in Audirvana, there’s only
a quiet dark sound in the background.
Playing quboz without Audirvana is no problem.
So i´m not sure, if Audirvana is activated or offline.
Who can help me?
You are asking two very different questions.
About Qobuz. You are sending music from Audirvana to your DAC through USB, right ?
In order to have a better understanding of what might be the issue, it’d be interesting to try several configurations. Of course, disabling the AU plug-ins when you are facing issues sounds a good idea. Can you play local files through Audirvana, sent to your DAC ?

i can play local files to my DAC (minidsp-SHD).
But the eq does not have any effects, the sound is the same when it is disabled.
So i ask me, if Audirvana is activated…
Should mean: i cant recognize that Audirvana is active, when i cant hear any
differences between the neutral and the strongly changed eq.
I’m sorry, I can’t help you about plug-ins.

But do you know, why Audirvana can’t play my Quboz-playlists over my minidsp-SHD?
I can only hear with the built in loudspeakers of my mac.
