Hi - I’m new to Audirvana following a recommendation from Darko Audio - I’m using a MBA running High Sierra 10.13.6. On requesting the download I get an error page “Error 1020 Access Denied” and the download doesn’t initiate - is there a fix for this? The issue occurs both in Safari and Chrome. Also can you please provide some form of private channel for support - running this in an open forum isn’t in line with my privacy preferences.
