Error Loading Audio File From Tidal

Hello,

I have the trial version of audiovarna. But i have a subscription to Tidai. And have connected my audiovarna player to my tidal account. But each time i try to play a track on tidal using audiovarna, i get the error “Unable to open audio file for playback”. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

Hello Andrew, Can you check your subscription on Tidal website?

Thanks @Antoine . Found the issue. I was connecting to a different account that didn’t have a valid subscription to tidal.
