Error Logging into HRA-Streaming

Every time I start Audirvana I get the following error:

Error logging to HRA-Streaming

This is getting very annoying. Any ideas? Thanks.
(I am using an iMac and and connected to Tidal playing via UPnP to a Marantz amp.)

Hi, it seems as if there is an attempt to link to High Res Audio, another library like Tidal? Did tou ever use that?, maybe close that then.

I have never used High Res Audio. Not sure how I would go about ‘closing’ it since I have never had an account. In Audirvana, it says I am not connected to High Res Audio (see enclosed screen shot).
Any other ideas?

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

I got the same thing. I think i tried to log into HighResAudio.com (found in the ‘streaming’ section) when i was setting up my Audirvana account without having an account with them, and for some reason every time after that whenever i would open Audirvana it automatically tried logging into HighResAudio.com and i would get that error message. I couldn’t find anything about turning that off, so i just signed up for a HighResAudio.com account– it cost nothing and no credit card info was required– and that stopped the problem.
