new user Audirvana Studio. i know that others have had this problem. i found one from 2018. it’s 2022 almost 3. i hope you have a better solution than what you offered before. Using UPnP. also, when I turn on Audirvana, it automatically turns on my Network on Hegel H390. is there a way to disconnect that? thanks

This error can come from various range of things and we need more information to troubleshoot this.
Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account
Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message.
Do you have your Hegel selected in Audirvāna when it turns on?
