Error starting device playback

Dear All, maybe someone can help.
Sometimes A+ stops playing. So when I start playing a song again it shows “error starting device playback” the only cure I have found is restarting A+. I use Macmini over Upnp to Devialet. This issue comes in quite often, so it is really frustrating. Any help?
I’m running latest versions of A+ and devialet firmware

Try deleting your preferences and start back.
Close A+.
Go to User… Home Folder… Library… Preferences…
trash com.audirvana.Audirvana-Plus.plist in that folder (those are A+ software preferences).

Restart mac. Restart A+. Select your device and all prefs and see.

Apple hide the Home Folder in User Library at some time depending on OS System… When you have clicked your Home Folder, and cannot see the Library Folder in there, just do a ‘‘cmd J’’ to show the folder settings preferences and see at the bottom… click Show Library Folder and then you’ll have access to the rest forever.

Do you connect to dev via AIR?

No. Direct usb to mac

My connection is upnp, however the same problem occurs with air as well

UPnP is broken. Air or not. This feature was the only reason I upgraded from 1.x to 3.x so that i would have done some re-sampling in A+ before streaming.

All other players (JRiver, Yamaha Musicast iPad app, etc) work just fine. However they don’t offer re-sampling in UPnP mode.
