Error: UnhandledException: The parameter is incorrect when trying to open Audirvana studio. Reinstalled it but it doesn’t resolve the issue. I need help. Thank you

The Audinirvana app was working fine yesterday and last night. but now the same problem Guscaldas is or was having is plaguing me too.
I too just did an uninstall/reinstall to no effect. While I no longer have the above error message, the app is now not responding at all.
I click on the app to open it and nothing happens, the splash screen does not appear.
You mention that you emailed Guscaldas personally but there was no further information about what it is, what it means, why it’s happening or how it is solved. Can you please help/advise what to do?

Can you send us your audirvana.dmp and audirvana_studio.log at [email protected]? Guscaldas removed everything under the folder containing the files I requested, and his issue was gone 
It can be in two different locations :
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
to show AppData folder:
