Error When start audirvana

I have bought Audirvana License for windows. However after one week using, audirvana cannot start.
The application raise exception: ulelement.mesuare cannot call with Nan size

Can you send us your logs at support@audirvana.com?

It can be in two different locations:

C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana

Hi I have been remove audirvana and reinstall it. It works. Is there any problems about the license when I do like that?
