Fix/Change slider for Loading Decoding Max Mempory

Hi,

Please change the slider for Max. Memory so you can type in numbers. You can’t get it exact if you want to set it to an even number of GB to divide the Ram.

indeed the 3.5 version had an accurate slider the new version is kinda funky from the beginning.
