Can you share more info about your setup? How the things are connected?
I have windows 10 connected via usb to an analogue audio dac, connected in turn to a classé pre and final. I repeat until yesterday I could raise or lower the volume from the classé, instead now the output is fixed at maximum volume from the oc, I can only decrease it with the volume control software, while from the preamp, it makes no difference
Check if you’ve put the Classé pre in AV bypass mode.
