Forgot to remove license

I just got a new computer, and forgot to deactivate the old license. Would you be able to help me so I can use my license on my new computer instead?

Hello @adrirabbe,

I have removed all your computers from the license database.
You can now activate up to two computers.

To install Audirvana on your computer, you can proceed as follows:

install trial version : https://audirvana.com/try/
unlock it by loading your license key

Could you please remove my computer from the license database? I have reinstalled windows and now I got the “too many installs” message.

Could you please remove my license from the database? I lost my HDD and couldn’t revoke the license from my previous buid.

Also, could you please point me on how to use my SQL database file that I have backed up on the new computer? I purchased a Mac and my previous install was on a Windows 10 PC. Thank you.
