I hope someone can help me.
I have a license for the origin version.
I wanted to install this on a mac this morning, but unfortunately I can’t get any further than the screen as in the photo when logging in.
Apparently it’s stuck somewhere?
I can get further on my iPad.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Have occasionally seen this when attempting to log in to the Audirvana site. Normally I just have to clear the Safari history (Safari / clear history, then select all history and clear.) Restart Safari and try again.
If this doesn’t work power off and on your computer and internet modem/router, power back on and try again. I have this issue sometimes if my internet connection slows.

I tried chrome instead of Safari and now it is okay
