Frustrating experience with Audirvana

Hi to all,

I am having a hard time with Audirvana studio which I am currently testing along with Qobuz. As I am in the process of deciding whether or not I am going to subscribe to one and/or the other, I browse a lot the Qobuz catalog and I am tempted to skip a title or an album to listen to another one. Then most, il not all the the time, Audirvana studio stop playing the new title I picked, and I have to restart it to be able to listen music. It does not come from Qobuz, since I can’t read either titles of my personal library.

What am I doing wrong ? Thanks in advance for your help.

Do your test without upsampling first and without a plugin…
then add the plugin if it is working well,
then upsample after, if the 2 works well :slight_smile:

the memory at 13312 for 16gb is the default for Audirvana…
if not upsampling, you can leave it there, if upsampling reduce it :slight_smile: )

I think Audirvāna is totally worth the time and effort it takes to get it all tweaked to perfection. Don’t know of another app with better sound quality!

J’utilise Audirvana pour rechercher de la musique sur Qobuz. Comme suis en phase de test et de découverte, je change souvent d’albums ou de piste, je butine en quelque sorte sur Qobuz. Et Audirvana ne semble pas apprécier du tout, Il plante, la petite roue colorée tourne et tourne, comme si mon mac mini m1 etait incapable de suivre le rythme. Je ne sais pas quoi dire de plus.

C’est peut-être lié aux paramètres que vous avez modifié dans Audirvāna. Avez-vous essayé de les modifier comme indiqué ici :point_down:
