Graphical glitch when right-clicking

Odd graphical glitch when right-clicking shown in this video:

I can’t seem to repro with other albums, so it might be an issue just for a specific circumstance. These are tracks I received from a sound engineer for testing and haven’t been tagged with metadata yet.

Happens a lot to me (no right-click necessary) when playing radio stations. Clicking the settings icon and coming back to the radio station stops it.
