Hegel H390, USB connection, no sound

I have just bought new H390. Is visible by Audirvana Origin but no sound at all. Sound is ok when playing directly from Spotify.

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account
