Help, I can't stream Tidal through Audirvana

I could not get Tidal running through Audirvana, playing audio files worked fine but Tidal wouldn’t work, it kept loading forever

Hi @tahoangan,

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

I saw your private message, can you try to reconnect your Tidal account or check the subscription status on tidal.com?
