Help! Online playback goes silent a few seconds after it starts

Hello.
For local files it works normally, but when I run it through Qobuz or the online radio itself it starts playing but after a few seconds the audio disappears and I have to turn the DAC off and on again.
I tested it in Windows and it works perfectly.

You are allocating 1.3GB of System RAM for playback pre-load memory, when you only have 4GB of System RAM which is the minimum requirement for Audirvāna… lower your playback pre-load memory allocation to 200MB you may need to lower it more than this.

Thanks for the feedback.
I reduced the allocation to the minimum possible 256mb but it didn’t help. It plays for a few seconds and then goes silent. The strangest thing is that if, for example, I use the Mac’s internal speaker, the playback goes normally without interruptions.

Hello.
I’ve tried everything but I’ve come to the conclusion that the problem is the incompatibility of my interface (APL DAC-M uses a Hiface Two that is well known for having these problems) with the Mac Mini. I really appreciate your help and hope to find a solution soon. I really enjoyed the Audirvana experience and intend to continue using it.
