How to install Audirvana on Taiko Audio Extreme Server?

Anyone has experience installing Audirvana apps on Taiko Audio Extreme Server?

Welcome…
I suggest the Taiko Audio folks will be the first place to solicit help regarding installation of Audirvāna on their platform.

Otherwise, this Installation Help article from the Audirvana Knowledge base may be of value:

I wouldn’t recommend to try any attempts on your own…

I would definitely follow @matt advice and contact Taiko . The Extreme Server manual gives instructions on how to access the Windows desktop on the server which would then allow you to install 3rd party apps. This is not recommended by Taiko and voids the warranty. I would imagine an out of warranty remote access support session from Taiko to restore the system would be expensive judging by the price they charge for a dual CPU Xeon Server running a customised version of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC which is soon to lose support.

Having said that if you spend 28k Euros on a windows box the price of out of warranty support is probably not an issue………

Maybe you find this interesting:

The CEO of Taiko Audio posted today that they are exploring Audirvana for their servers:

*“Qobuz, Tidal, and Spotify, for example, all offer Windows desktop apps that we can install on the Extreme or Olympus. This works just fine, and you can control them by installing the respective iOS/Android apps on a mobile device. However, these do not offer acceptable sound quality. Because of that, we are effectively “forced” to use them through custom implementations, as plug-ins into playback software designed with the audiophile in mind.

Currently, we have three options for that: Roon, XDMS, and a new player we have been developing that supports universal protocols such as UPnP. This enables the use of work from other companies, such as JPLAY with their JPLAY iOS app. We are also exploring additional options, for example Audirvana. Had the Qobuz/Tidal/Spotify (and upcoming competing services’) desktop apps performed well sonically, we obviously wouldn’t have needed to go through all this development effort.”*
