How to show all playlists?

Apologies if I’m being dumb, but how do I get it to show the full list of my playlists instead of just the most recent 2 created?

EDIT: Also is there a way to duplicate smart playlists so then I just have to change the condition number and title of the playlist instead of having to go into the drop down menu every time to pick the year condition.

You can see them in the playlist manager:

You can export and import a smart playlist in Studio, to do that you need to right click on the playlist and select export and then in the three dot menu in the playlist manager you can import it.
