I did recovery for my Mac, without removing authorization of audirvana plus

Now, I still have License Registration Key.
But License not authorized.
After recovery, I made another new e-mail address which is different from the one when I bought Audirvana Plus License.

Why cannot I authorize my Audirvana Plus?

Because e-mail address became new?Or no removing authorization when recovery execution?

Same problem here, but my other Macbook broke…and can’t transfer the license on my new Mac ? what to do ? thanks
