Impossible to download the trial version

Hello,

a friend recommended this software to me and I wanted to give it a try. When I tried to download the Win10 version, I get a Cloudfare Error Message:

“Error 1020 Ray ID: 6027bd75ca43b2fe • 2020-12-16 10:32:20 UTC
Access denied. What happened? This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks.”

I dont know what that means. Nor do I care. I just wanted to download the software. I tried to find a “Contact” option on the Web-Site. But there is none. It looks to me like this project is not lead by very talented people. Download not working, no contact options. You must be kidding me.

I find it astonishing that so many people encounter IT issues and never stop to think that it might be THEIR configuration which is problematic.

Getting same error. Hopefully it is something temporary; will try again in a couple of days.

Sorry for this inconvenience, it was a setting issue on our side, you should now be able to try Audirvana.
