Installation problem; need deactivation

I set up a new Windows computer as a music server. I uninstalled from my original computer and reinstalled on the new server. Then, I had to reformat the hard drive on the server due to a partition issue. Now, I cannot reinstall on the server at all because I have exceeded the number of authorized licenses. Would you please delete all previous installation records and allow me a new install on the server? Thank you.

Hello @MikeRubin,

I have removed all your computers from the license database.
You can now activate up to two computers.

To install Audirvana on your computers, you can proceed as follows:

  1. install trial version : https://audirvana.com/try/
  2. unlock it by loading your license key

I tried that with my iMac after my old one died and wouldn’t start up. It wouldn’t take my license key because I hadn’t uninstalled my version on my dead iMac…which I can’t do. Please help!
