I rebooted a couple of times, but the same thing happens. I get a message to go to my account, but when I click on that, the screen goes blank and nothing ever appears.
Login to your account by going to My Audrivana with your browser.
I did that and found that, although my trial had been extended last week to June 28, it now has been re-set at June 14. So, I had to email support again to extend my trial, and I will have to wait for that to happen.
