iOS app crashing

the app works except for when i try to click the currently playing track and the iOS app just completely crashes

i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled both iOS and macOS origin app

please help

Have you try the new remote in beta mode?

just tried that and same problem, crashing instantly when clicking currently playing track
:sob:

Last ios system?, you hard restart your phone?
What you do exactly, click the playing track?

I can pause, click cover, advance the transport bar, drag back the transport bar…

latest ios, yes to restarting, click the track = crash the app

i can’t even do volume control… really annoying

i can go through the library and play something else, so it’s weird

So, you have an iPhone, latest iOS, what Audirvana version in computer?

Hi @ilikemusic,

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” ? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message.

i just installed the new v5 ios app… same problems, unfortunately

i can “love” a track, i can start and stop a track, but i can’t click the track to go into volume control, scrubbing single-track view, the ios app just crashes instantly

i can play a track from a playlist and can even play/pause with the play icon from the section at the bottom section of the ios app with the current track

the ios app crashes instantly when i click the audio track at the bottom section of the ios app with the current track, but the audio track continues to play fine

so … currently, the only way for volume control and scrubbing through a song is to screen share into the mac to use the macos app… super annoying

buttttt… i will say, the macos app has been working perfectly … i also removed it from applications and reinstalled hoping that would help, but nope.

Can you please try the 5.0.1 beta update you can find on Testflight?

i only see v4.3.0 on testflight and it also crashes on that

Sorry, I forgot to send you a link, you can find it in your PMs.

so it looks like the new update of audirvana origin has fixed the problem!!! woo!!! now i can control volume and scrub though songs again!! wonderful!! thanks
