Hi, I currently pay a monthly Studio subscription.
I am deciding to switch to an annual subscription with Black Friday discount for current customers.
However, it is not clearly stated on the website whether the discount also applies to current Studio customers or only Legacy customers.
There is a switch âNew Customerâ - âAlready Customerâ. And Already Customer is also me with a monthly Studio subscription
When I click the Subscribe button on the website under the âAlready customerâ â âStudio Black Friday 2 Years subscriptionâ offer, it redirects me to my profile.
There is no more information about the discount, I only have the option to press the button âUpgrade to the yearly plan Audirvana Access.â which, according to the name of the button, is a standard annual subscription at the standard price.
So the question is:
Is this discount also for current Studio subscribers who would like to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription?

I am very interested as well. I am ready to change to a 3-yr subscription. But I am encountering the same challenge. @Antoine I will send an email about this to support as well. Maybe you can dive into this?
Got an automatic reply. For active Studio customers it is not possible to make use of the offer under the current subscription. Active customers can make use only after cancellation of their current subscription and then subscribe again and enter the payment details again.
This will probably need to be addressed with support
I have a monthly subscription, itâs up for renewal tomorrow, so if I cancel it today, I wonât lose anything. I could open a new account, but I donât like to do such things.
But it makes you sad that some services donât think about long-term customers. They donât have to be big, just a small loyalty discount, just to make people feel like they are being thought of.
For those of you ( @tomas61 ) who are interested to make use of the Black Friday offer (only valid until November 2nd!) and are currently on a monthly subscription:
Pause your automatic renewal of your subscription
Cancel your current subscription
Subscribe again and choose the Black Friday option
Thanks for the info. Now that I know that I will definitely not go back to Roon, which I also used for a while, I can subscribe to Audirvana for 3 years.
Even though Roon has some features that I really like, the ability to use VST plugins in Audirvana outweighs for me all the other advantages that Roon has over Audirvana
I would also be interested in this two-year offer for the price of one year as an old customer. However, the app did not offer this. I ended my own subscription and now only offers a three-year subscription offer. The offer ends tomorrow, so I donât think I will continue this order, even though I was otherwise satisfiedđ˘
Existing AudirvĂŁna Legacy customers can subscribe to a yearly AudirvĂŁna Studio subscription for 1 year and get one year for free on top of that
New customers (also former customers) can only subscribe to a yearly AudirvĂŁna Studio subscription for two years and get one year for free on top of that
So if you had a Studio subscription before, you only can apply for the second option.
For existing monthly Studio subscribers the âwork around pausing-cancelling-subscribe againâ is available.
Yes, and this commitment feels very ok towards AudirvĂŁna. I always considered that monthly subscriptions were giving me freedom to move elsewhere if I felt the need. With AudirvĂŁna this is the first time I felt it was worth it to go for the longer term.
