Issue with Tidal playlists not deleting

I’m running Tidal thru Audirvana on Windows 10. I can’t seem to get my deleted playlists on Tidal to disappear on Audirvana. I have reset the Tidal app data and cleared the cache on their end, no change. I did the same, then logged out of both Audirvana and Tidal, logged back in, no change. I then deleted both apps, redownloaded, logged back into both, no change. I have seen some issues recently with Tidal on this forum lately, but not this specific issue. Thanks for any help.

I’m aware of using the trash can to manually delete the playlist, but when I press delete, it prompts to delete, I select yes, it does nothing, the playlist remains in the navigator.

Hi @JoshN125 , can you send me an email at [email protected] and indicate to me the email used to create your Audirvāna account?

I haven’t heard back in a few days, emailed again about 12 hours ago and didn’t get a response either. Are we still going to have a session to figure out the issue?

I responded 4 days ago, did you check your spam folder?

I had replied to your last response, nothing in spam, but no big deal, maybe something got caught in the shuffle. If you would still be able to do the meeting at some point, that would be great, whenever you have the time. It’s no urgent issue or anything, so no rush, and I believe it’s on Tidal’s end of the spectrum anyway, as Qobuz has no similar issue. Thanks for the response Antoine.

If you are available tomorrow, we can do it. Where are you located so I can schedule this?

I’m in Kentucky in the Eastern Time Zone.

And free literally anytime.

Would 10 AM work for you tomorrow?

That would be great. Is there anything in particular I need to do to set up for it, or will we take care of that when we start?

If you can follow what I sent you in the email to install the software and set it up, it would be perfect to make things smoother.

Hey Antoine, I don’t know what’s going on, but I emailed, figure I’d message you on here.
