Kernel mode isn't working anymore

Kernel mode prevents music from playing. The message shown is : error in loading the track". I have a windows pc. Audirvana malfunction is very frequent, such as crashing, tracks not starting unless I skip to the next one, songs in an album playing in a casual order…now kernel mode not working. I’m sick of all this since it’s been happening for a year. If this is the price of listening to HD music, I’m considering to find a different solution. I think this post is useless, but who knows…

Can you send us your audirvana_studio.log file at support@audirvana.com?

It can be in two different locations :
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
