Hi, my Surface Pro was stolen. I installed audirvana as a second device.
How can I delete it as a second device now because I’m no longer in the software of this device.

Same issue here, not so long ago. 
I’ve just sent a message on https://audirvana.com/support/ and gave my license key.
I received an answer during the day and my computers were removed.
