Library on external disk fails loading

Hello, I am a week into my free trial period and I am disappointed. Audirvana Origin only loads a small portion of the music files on my external drive.
I tried deleting everything and starting all over. Other files were loaded, but never my whole library. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi @filletk,

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

Ok, can you go in the Audirvāna settings and in the My account section? You will see a button ‘Start Log Session’, click on it and then click on the Sync button next to your folder path in Audirvāna Origin settings. After the sync is done, click on ‘Stop Log Session’ and then send me the log file you can find by clicking on the button ‘Open Log Folder’ at support@audirvana.com
