I’ve re-installed Audirvana three times because some of the genre folders on my music station on my synology nas are skipped when syncing. The folders are visible in the library tree but stay empty. There’s no method to it. After reinstall it’s different folders that won’t load even after I manually click sync. This starts a short process which simply stops and doesn’t alter anything.

Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’ and send me the audirvana_origin.log file you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button
