i lost my licence key from aurdirvana. the mail adress in your support help@paddle.com is not the seller from this software.
i bought the software directly from your website. i can‘t find any other contacts, only the wrong seller email from paddle.
pls let me know the emailadress fron the developing company.

Hello @joshua98, can you send me a private message with your order reference or the mail you used to purchase Audirvana?
It’s also worth noting that Audirvana’s sales partner used to be Avangate, so if you purchased your license a long time ago, like I did, Paddle will be useless to you.
Instead, try searching your inbox for “Avangate Support”. That’s helpful information that would save a lot of long-time users a lot of headaches!
