License reset please

Hi, would someone please reset my licenses? I don’t have access to the old macs this was set up on. I used the same email address to register for this forum as I did to buy Audirvana.

Hello @eain,

I have removed all your computers from the license database. You can now activate up to two computer.

To install Audirvana on your computer, you can proceed as follows:

  1. install trial version : https://audirvana.com/try/
  2. unlock it by loading your license key

Hi, I have the exact same problem as Eain, cannot acres my old mac any more and need my license to be reset. My account here is the same as the one I used to buy Audirvana,

I have removed all your computers from the license database.
You can now activate up to two Mac computers you want with your license key.

To install Audirvana on your second Mac, you can proceed as for the first one:

  1. install trial version
  2. unlock it by loading your same license key
