Hi, I am currently trialing the player and wanted to ask how I can view my local library by Genre and by the Album Artist?
Currently I can only display by Genre that shows all albums tagged under that genre. What I really want to see are the artists within a given genre that I can then click into to just view their albums. Seems like there is a layer/view that is missing. Is this view available within Audirvana?
Hi @TheAlps, defintely can do: once you are in Genre view, at the top of the window click the “edit sorting criteria” icon (up & down carets). You can sort by any set of criteria you like.
Hi Bruce, thank you for the feedback. This feature only allows me to sort the albums within the genre by album artist. I was looking for a neater way to go through my albums within a specific genre which is to view the album artist only and then drill into each artists albums by clicking into them. I have attached an image from another software I am trialing which offers the additional level of Genre-> Album Artist → Albums rather than Genre-> Albums I am seeing in Audirvana. Is there a way to enable this additional level within Audirvana?
