Well go figure, today when I reopened the program, it synced the two folders without issue. I have not even restarted. The only difference I can think of is that I was running EXTfs from paragon software as I was dealing with a linux drive. It’s not running this morning. I’ll do some experiments when I have time to see if I can recreate the fringe case issue.
I’ll to import a much large bath of files today as well.
