Locking Exclusive Mode

Hi, I’m a real newby here, so forgive this simple question as coming from someone who is just starting. I unlocked the packlock to remove exclusive mode so I could make changes to the audio settings.

However, I go back to pressing the packlock but it doesn’t close and I cannot listen to any music. Can someone please tell me to enable access mode in WASAPI?

It close automatically when you play a track, no need to lock it directly.
