Login/Logout Tidal

Good morning everyone, until recently I was a subscriber not only to Qobuz but also to TIDAL, at the moment the only active subscription is that of Qobuz. there is a problem however every time I start Audirvana I always get the login error relating to TIDAL even if I click on the disconnect from TIDAL setting, every time I restart the same window promptly reappears which I am unable to eliminate.
