Loss of channel

my Audirvana Studio goes from two channels to one (IE the right speaker stops playing) during play or when I choose a new track or album from my favourites. I have tried deleting the program and reinstalling it and have also tried the previous version and recent updates. I am using it with windows 10 into my DAC via USB to stream via Qobuz. Anyone else have this issue?

I’ve only had a couple of momentary blips never a long enough event to delve into.
Please post your debug reports and the community feedback might be helpful.

Are you upsampling? Perhaps try disabling it.

I have to reboot to get two channels again and then I’m lucky to be able to listen to an entire album. I change the upsampling but have not been able to try it since.
