Marantz HD-DAC1 - dsd doesn't work

first of all, my english is terrible. Excuse
I use a notebook AMD ryzen 7 (new generation) and marantz hd-dac1.
I bought origin today.
In every configuration (wasapi, asio or kernel) my system goes crash when i try to open a dsd file, without system error,

I already downloaded a driver for my dac.
Someone can help me?

Hi @Iradidio,

When you say your system crash, is it Audirvāna you are talking about or your device?

audirvana goes idle and doesnt respond. I have to close brutally and restart the app

Can you send us your audirvana_origin.log file at

It can be in two different locations :
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana

to show AppData folder:

do it

merry christmas!!
by the way my problem is always on
