Max volume when I push the "volume down" key on my mobile phone

Damien, it does change, but not “at the same time”. There is a lot of delay and sometimes it doesn’t change at all.

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

Here you go:

chris23086 I am having the same problem where the volume slider in the app automatically returns to the center position. I have to slide it to the left as quickly as possible in order to avoid a massive volume surge. Audirvana support has asked me all the same questions that they are asking you now but it does not address the problem. Something in the app is causing the slider issue. They need to update the app and improve the volume control functionality at the same time.

Hello @chris23086, do you have the issue whatever the output you use?

Hi all, I have a similar issue when I configure a specific “max volume” value different from 100.

In this case, sometime, the volume automatically shift to a high value with no reasons. This may be very dangerous as I intend to use my 3dlab streamer as a preamp also, directly connected to a poweramp.

This issue does not existe when the max volume is set to 100.

Anyone with the same issue ? Any workaround ?

Thanks for your help
