Missing activation / download link in trial email

Hi.
I’m attempting to trial Audirvana Studio however I can’t seem to activate my account.
I bang my email and password that’s in the email into the app, but the app says something like ‘can’t seem to find you account’ … Or something to that effect.

I’ve searched threads on this forum which have suggested clicking a download link that is supposed to exist on the trial email. Perhaps doing that activates the account. My email has no such link. Just an unsubscribe link and social media links.

Any ideas? Thanks.
