Mouse clicks affected in Music application?

Maybe it’s just me, but I’m seeing this on two different computers. When I’m using Music Integrated Mode, it appears that my mouse clicking in the Music app is affected somehow. Sometimes the click doesn’t register and I need to click again or twice more. Sometime the click seems to occur elsewhere on the screen from where I actually clicked. The Music interface just appears somewhat laggy. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks,

–Chris

I was having extreme GUI issues with iTunes (now Apple’s “Music” app) integration mode and finally just traced it to “Exclusive Access” in preferences. The GUI lags and other annoying chronic anomalies, including dysfunctional playback, disappeared after disabling Exclusive Access. I had assumed the problems were due to serious bugs in Apple’s new Music app in Catalina, rather than bugs in Audirvana that actually broke integration mode. Since I have found the Audirvana GUI nearly nearly unusable, Apple’s indispensable Music app is once again snappy and responsive! Its great to have my music library back in working order.
