Move local music to Mac mini on LAN, any issues/hints?

14 days left on the trial now, and so far I like it :slight_smile:

I need to move my local music from to a Mac mini (2014 2.6GHz 8GB 500GB SSD) on the LAN.

Any drawbacks doing this?

Will the app work with just the remote file storage, or do I need a DLNA service running?

Any suggestions for a DLNA server for this MAC?

You don’t need any DLNA/UPnP server. I also use it like that, works like charm.

Thanks. Is up and running. I have a fairly large library. Initial scan took 90 mins.
So will play around and see how this setup is working now.
