MQA playback with Dragonfly Red

Hi all,

I am on the trial and I was testing MQA playback via my DragonFly Red (running the latest firmware) on Windows 10. Everything was working fine but of late all MQA files have static overlaid and an error pops up asking to save a minidump in Explorer though clicking OK doesn’t do anything.

I believe this started happening after the app updated itself. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if that works but that didn’t work. Everything else works flawlessly and I am quite impressed by the UI.

Hello @roday, I don’t have this issue with my DF Red, the mini dump should be with your logs, can you send them both your dump and logs?

It can be in two different locations :

  1. C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
  2. C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
