Seems that with my setup the »MQA renderer« option is preferable. Nevertheless, there seems to be no software controllable volume then. Why is that?
Because MQA is about validating a bitperfect stream? After Volume control it is not the same bitstream anymore.
If your DAC is a ‘Renderer’, then the Decoder must send the full bitstream. Otherwise the Renderer will not be able to perform the next step.
