My account doesn't connect to studio 1.12.2

After 1.12.2 version, I can not use it anymore. Once I have logged in, the audirvana studio immediately told me I’m in offline mode, then I click continue, then it will say can not verify license, the only option now is exit.

Then after I exit the application, then the cycle starts again.

Even after I manually disconnected another computer from My Audirvana Account. it seems this is an endless cycle for me.

And another problem, the radio stations always login error.

BTW, I’m from China, using mac monterey 12.3.1

Hello @steve3d,

Can you try to start Audirvāna Studio using the Terminal application (you can find it in Application>Utilities) and enter the following commands (you need to press enter between each lines):

cd …
cd …

Applications/Audirvana\ Studio.app/Contents/MacOS/Audirvana\ Studio

just tried with command line start, and I’ve waited almost 5 mins, nothing happened, no gui, no prompt. audirvana studio just hang there, seems forever.

and after few more minutes, it start’s also told me I’m in offline mode, but not forcing me to exit. after restart, audirvana studio still need me to login again, without asking me to disconnect another computer.

I’ve just tried 1.12.2 on windows, and it give me the info to disconnect another computer, and after I clicked ok to disconnect, it still told me I’m in offline mode, then I still have to quit and restart this cycle.

but if I set system proxy with socks5, I can use audirvana without any of these problem, except these old error:

Radios Link: Login error for ?appversion=1.12.2%20%2811202%29&locale=zh_Hans_CN :
{ā€œidā€:[ā€œairableā€,ā€œerrorā€,ā€œsystemā€],ā€œmessageā€:ā€œExceptionā€}

@Antoine , what’s the status of this?

I just tested this, I have another computer running old 1.10.x version, which can successfully login, but once I upgrade to 1.12.2, then the offline cycle begins.

Hope there is a fix for this soon.
