Hello everyone
A post to give you the settings that I use and which give the best sound for me after a lot of tests:
- Kernel streaming (windows only)
- oversampling to power of 2 via r8brain (original settings)
- software sound adjustment to -3dB.
- 10gbit buffer
Reducing the sound level by 3db helps avoid unpleasant peaks that can occur in the treble. (the ear-breaking schhh, ffff). Hans Beekhuyzen explains it better than me on his YouTube channel.
