When I open my Windows 10 computer, not everytime, but regulary, there is no licence on Audirvana and I have to enter it.
I bought a cross platform licence because I have already on Mac, and on this Mac all is OK. Only on Windows 10, I have this problem.
Have you got a idea about this problem ?

I can see that there is no activation for a Windows 10 device, can you put your license key in your Audirvana on your Windows device?

Regulary I have to enter the licence number.

I just open my Windows computer and I just enter the Serial Number one time again.
I just removed your license key, can you remove your audirvana database while Audirvana is closed to create a new one after openig it again?

I’m sorry, i forgot the last part, you should have a folder Audirvana Plus which contains a file named AudirvanaPlusDatabaseV2.sqlite, this is the file you need to delete.

Are you sure the DataBase is located there ?
Maybe it is on the directory

I’m very sorry but, it is always the same.
Yesterday, I opened my Windows computer and it ask me the licence for Audirvana.
Can you reinstall Audirvana and check if you still have the issue when you open Audirvana?
Unfortunately, it’s always the same after delete and re-install.
I find something to help me : in a text-file, I enter my licence number and I CTRL+A - CTRL+C and paste in Audirvana field when it tell me to enter the licence.
