My Windows 10 Machine won't install appxBundle files

There is no way I can install appxBundle files on the machine I’m trying to install Studio on.

The SideLoading option is permanently disabled and cannot be activated under Windows settings on this machine due to built in restrictions.

Can you please make a standard .exe installer available for Windows?
