Need Help with Audirvana Remote App Connectivity on Windows 10

I am facing difficulties connecting the Audirvana Remote app on my iOS/Android device to Audirvana on Windows 10. :upside_down_face: Even after ensuring that both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and checking firewall settings, I am not able to establish a stable connection.

Pls share troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue?
I have already verified Audirvana is updated to version 3.5 or higher and confirmed my network profile is set to Private. i have checked https://community.audirvana.com/t/audirvana-3-5-remote-app-problems-ive-found-a-solution/40029- mulesoft discussions but didn’t help .

Are you able to see the name of your computer/NAS in the Remote or not at all?
