Need to change email used for login

Hi! I need to change email because my provider is closing down. I contacted the Support (Paddle) but they were unable to make the change of mail address and now I cannot login anymore to Audirvana. Paddle told me that they had transferred the case to Audirvana but no news yet. Could someone from Audirvana contact me so we can make the change of mails and I can login again to Audirvana? I have not received a mail from Paddle about this. Please send a mail to the address @OffRode indicated, you will need to give me the old mail you used to have so I can find you in our database and I will answer you on this case.
